With over 16 million colors available, matching a brand color is simple, and you can save it as a scene. Recurring schedules and sunrise and sunset timers bring the building to life automatically, and scheduling in advance lets you plan seasonal looks, grand openings or sale weekends ahead of time. Holiday decorating becomes a few taps instead of a rental lift.

Zones give you flexibility, with up to 8 per controller and up to four controllers on one account for larger sites. One zone can run a steady brand color while another runs a different scene. The system is cloud based, so you can adjust it from anywhere your phone has service, and there is no app subscription.

Efficient and built to last

Lighting that runs every night needs to be efficient. Each light draws under one watt, so even a long roofline stays economical to operate. The system is built for year-round outdoor use in changing weather, the control unit is waterproof and every component is UL rated. Lights are rated for tens of thousands of hours, which at a few hours a night adds up to decades of use.

We design around the building’s materials and architecture, mounting the track along the building so it supports the look of the property instead of competing with it. A 5-year parts warranty and a 1-year labor warranty back the system.

Start with a walkthrough

Every commercial property is different, so we begin by looking at the building, the lines you want to highlight and how the lights should behave across the week. From there we design a layout and quote it based on the length of the run and the layout of the building.

Installation size varies with the property; a typical home takes about 8 to 10 hours, and larger buildings take longer. We will give you a realistic schedule with your quote. Share a few details about your property and we will send a plan.

If you manage more than one property, the same approach scales. Up to four controllers can be linked on one account, so you can keep a consistent look across buildings, and each one can follow its own schedule. Ask us how that would work for your sites, and we will include it in your plan.
