Is there a subscription for the app?
No. The app is free to use, with no monthly or annual app fee, and every available feature is included: presets, custom scenes, scheduling, music sync, voice and text commands, smart-home integrations and geofencing.
What colors and patterns can I choose?
You can choose from over 16 million colors. The app ships with 256 built-in presets for holidays, game days and everyday looks, and you can build and save as many custom scenes as you like.
How long does installation take?
Most installs take about 8 to 10 hours, depending on the size of your home. We design the layout first, install in one visit and walk you through the app before we leave.
Will the lights be visible during the day?
They are designed to blend in. The LEDs sit in a low-profile track that we color-match to your home, so in daylight most people see a clean trim line rather than a string of lights.
How do the lights handle heat, snow and wind?
The system is built for year-round outdoor use in changing weather, and the control unit is waterproof. Every component is UL rated. We are happy to talk through your roofline and local conditions during your quote.
